Online orders:

  1. Add the item(s) to your cart you wish to purchase. 
    • Make sure to select any applicable configuration(s) in the drop-down menus on each item page where applicable, such as size, color, tooth count, length, etc.
    • Applicable color choices will show above the drop-down menu.
  2. Review the contents of your cart noting for any backordered or preordered item(s).
    • Select your country, enter your zip or postal code.
    • Update quantities or click 'Remove' to delete the item from your cart. 
    • Click 'Save for Later' and you will be prompted to create an account. 
    • If you have a promo code, enter it under, 'Have A Promo Code?'
    • Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT once the changes are made. 
  3. If you are a returning customer, you will be directed to sign in if you are not already signed in.
    • We recommend creating an account  so you can view your: 
      • Order(s) history.
      • Create return labels.
      • View updates on any backorder or preordered item(s) you may have.
      • You can also choose 'Guest Checkout'.
  4. Next, enter your Shipping Information
    • Email, Name, Address, 
    • Check the appropriate response to let us know if you are shipping to a PO Box.
    • Select Country, State, City, and Zip Code.
    • Enter your Phone Number and click the Mobile Alerts box to receive order-related messages.
    • Sales Tax is calculated based on the delivery address and is reflected under the Order Summary on the right-hand side of the page. 
  5. Select a Delivery Option.
  6. Enter your payment information. 
  7. Review order and make any changes by clicking the 'EDIT' button on the right side of the page.
  8. Click the PLACE ORDER button when ready.
  9. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
