We accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase. Including orders placed with Affirm Financing.
In-Store Purchases must be returned to the original location of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges. Please submit your return and place a new order.
- Returns take 10-14 days to process from the time we have received your package.
- Refunds take 7-10 business days to process. This may vary depending on your financial institution and may take up to one billing cycle to be reflected on your statement. Refunds go back to your original method of payment – PayPal, Credit Card, Gift Card, etc.
- If your return is deemed ineligible your package will be returned to you. Please read the following carefully to prevent your package from being rejected.
Bike & Frame Returns
Before you return a bike or a frame, please contact us directly at 951-234-7554. A Gear Advisor Pro will guide you on the best practices for return. [See FAQ: How do I return a bike? ]
Returns by Mail must:
- be new & unused with all manufacturer packaging intact—boxes, tags, etc.
- be in a shipping box. We recommend re-using your Jenson USA shipping box.
- include the order number in the package.
- Damaged manufacturer packaging will cause your return to be sent back to you.
- Do not adhere return labels directly to shoeboxes, helmet boxes, etc.
Items are ineligible for return if they are:
- Food or nutritional products.
- Used, installed, or worn.
- Exposed to the elements (rain, mud, etc.)
- Custom assembled products: wheels and complete bikes with custom selected components.
- Gift Card sales are final and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Return Labels & Fees
For domestic returns, we offer an $8.99 flat-rate return label* (valid only in the continental US).
For returns outside the continental US or those who would like to provide their own shipping method, are responsible for providing a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.
*Oversized items will incur additional fees.
