If you received the wrong item(s):
- Contact us here within 14 days of the order being delivered and we will send you a return label to send back the item(s).
- Replacement item(s) are shipped as soon as the incorrect item(s) is in transit.
- You can also place a new order immediately while simultaneously sending us the return to ensure you get the correct product quickly.
If there is something missing from your order:
- Sign-in to your account to check your order and see if any of your items are back-ordered/pre-ordered.
If you received a damaged shipment:
- Item(s) are shipped in new and unused condition.
- If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery.
- We will work on re-processing the order for the damaged item(s).
- Contact us here and one of our Gear Advisors will work to replace the damaged item(s).
