If you received the wrong item(s):

  • Contact us here within 14 days of the order being delivered and we will send you a return label to send back the item(s). Please include photos of the incorrect item.
  • Replacement item(s) are shipped as soon as the incorrect item(s) is in transit.
  • You can also place a new order immediately while simultaneously sending us the return to ensure you get the correct product quickly. 

If there is something missing from your order:


Carefully inspect the packing materials as it is easy for small items to get wrapped up in the packing material. 

If you received a damaged shipment: 

  • Item(s) are shipped in new and unused condition. 
  • If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery. 
  • We will work on re-processing the order for the damaged item(s). 
  • Contact us here and one of our Gear Advisors will work to replace the damaged item(s). Please include photos of the damaged item(s).
