After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

When the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email to confirm your order is in transit with an estimated delivery date and tracking information.

  • Delays may occur if there are problems authorizing your credit card or if your billing address and ship to address, are not the same. 
  • For this reason, it is important that you provide the correct phone number and email address.
