We recommend that you take photos of the bike before and after repacking for reference or shipping claim purposes.

We recommend that you take the bike to have it professionally repacked for return shipping to protect against shipping damage. 

We recommend setting up your own return shipment and purchasing shipping insurance through the carrier to protect yourself against loss or damage.

Jenson USA is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

If you decide to repack the return yourself, please make sure the following areas are well protected.

  • Front Wheel: make sure it's packed safely so where it cannot scratch the frame in transit.
  • Seat Post: make sure it's wrapped well and not rubbing against the frame.
  • Handlebars: make sure the ends are padded well and positioned securely so the handlebar doesn't poke a hole through the box. 

Jenson USA can provide a return label; however, it is not insured and cannot be claimed in the case of loss or damage. Additionally, an $8.99 return label fee and a $70 oversize charge will be deducted from your refund.
