Gift Returns

Please review our Returns Policy for eligibility. Then, follow the instructions below. 

1.  Place your new and unused item(s) with all manufacturer packaging intact and a note with your name, email, phone number & the original order number in a shipping box. *Do not put a shipping label on the manufacturer's packaging such as shoe or helmet boxes as it may cause your return to be rejected.

2.  When your return arrives at Jenson USA we will process your items for a refund of the price paid for the item (minus shipping charges). This refund will go back to the original payment method or we will issue a gift card to the email you provided.

If the contact details for your gift return are left incomplete or if it
 is not clear that this item is a gift return, the original purchaser will be refunded.
